Child - Centric Pedagogy - We don’t believe in classroom method of teaching. Learning happens not in a classroom but in an environment. We have environments viz, Cultural, Arithmetic, Language and of spiritual. In these environments, the child learns according to her/his interest and potentials, making the learning process stress free and joyful. Every child is individually observed, monitored and mentored.

Teacher’s Concepts - Teachers in our concept are mentors. They are trained not to use their authority but to be a facilitator. They follow the pedagogy of love and care. The mentors at BS International School, teach the student in the way students understand.

Home work - The most stressful job for children is the conventional style of given homework. The most hated thing for children at school is the diary written in the conventional style. We too assign homework but it will not be merely about writing and memorizing. The homework we give is to transform the personality of the child. Apart from developing his scholastic skills, school work sheets are aimed at developing cognitive, analytical, decision making, artistic and creative skills

Assessment system - The conventional Assessment system which is known as Summative Assessment System, has been criticized by world renowned educationist. They say this system can not assess the child but develops stress resulting into hampering learning process. In BS International School we follow rubrics system of Assessment. This system has all the good points of assessment system followed by Educationally developed countries like Japan, Finland, Canada, USA, South Korea and Malaysia. Brainy System of assessment helps the teacher to assist the pace of child’s learning potentials and help the children to learn creatively. We follow both formative and summative assessment system with true spirit, vibrant rubrics and scientific analysis.
